Replacement

We strive to provide a reliable order fulfillment experience by paying attention to every stage of the delivery process. Our responsibility includes more than dispatching parcels; it also involves preparing products carefully, selecting suitable packaging, and taking reasonable steps to protect merchandise before it reaches the customer. Packaging methods are chosen based on the type, size, and characteristics of the items being shipped, helping minimize the possibility of damage during warehouse handling, sorting, transportation, and final delivery. While we cooperate with established shipping companies, parcels move through various third-party facilities and transportation networks that are not entirely under our control. Unexpected delays or handling issues may occasionally occur. If an order arrives with a problem, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible so the situation can be assessed and appropriate assistance considered.

Issues such as damaged goods, missing parts, incorrect items, or other order fulfillment errors should generally be brought to our attention within thirty days after the delivery has been confirmed. Reporting a concern within this period helps us review the relevant order details, shipping records, warehouse documentation, and carrier information while the necessary evidence is more readily accessible. Requests received after an extended period may require further verification because some records can become more difficult to obtain. Each report is evaluated according to its individual circumstances, and the available outcome may depend on the nature of the issue, the supporting information provided, and product availability. Depending on the findings, possible solutions may include sending replacement merchandise, issuing a refund, providing store credit, or offering another reasonable form of resolution.

Customers can help simplify the review process by including sufficient details in their initial message. Photographs are particularly helpful when an item or its packaging appears to have been damaged during shipping. Whenever possible, images should clearly show the affected product, the exterior carton, internal protective materials, shipping labels, and any visible signs of damage. Providing a brief description of the issue and relevant proof of purchase can also help the team understand the circumstances without requesting additional information repeatedly. When all essential details are supplied at the beginning, our representatives can generally assess the report more efficiently and determine the next appropriate steps.

All reported product concerns are reviewed with reference to applicable quality expectations and the intended characteristics of the merchandise. During this process, we consider whether the issue represents a genuine manufacturing defect or a minor variation that may occur during ordinary production. Differences in shade, material texture, stitching, printing, surface finish, or pattern alignment can sometimes arise from manufacturing methods and may not necessarily indicate that an item is defective. Minor variations are generally regarded as acceptable when they do not substantially affect the product’s intended use, structural integrity, durability, or normal performance. Our assessment focuses primarily on whether the reported condition creates a meaningful problem with the merchandise rather than whether individual units are visually identical in every detail.

Shipping cartons and other external packaging are intended mainly to provide protection while orders travel through storage facilities, sorting locations, vehicles, and delivery networks. Because packages may pass through several handling stages, the outer container can occasionally show minor cosmetic wear. Examples include shallow dents, creases, scuff marks, scratches, compressed corners, or surface abrasions. These imperfections do not automatically mean that the contents have been damaged or made unusable. When investigating a shipping complaint, we therefore consider the condition of the actual merchandise, including whether its appearance, functionality, safety, or practical use has been affected. Packaging damage alone may not be sufficient to establish a product-related defect.

Certain items are offered in surprise-based formats, such as mystery boxes, blind packages, randomized collectibles, and assorted products whose specific designs are concealed until opening. The uncertainty surrounding the individual variation is an intentional feature of these products. For this reason, customers generally cannot select or guarantee a particular character, color, pattern, edition, or other specific design before purchase. If a replacement is authorized for a randomized item, the replacement will ordinarily follow the applicable selection and distribution process and may not match the version originally received. Customers should also recognize that receiving identical designs more than once is a possible outcome of randomized assortments and does not, by itself, demonstrate a fulfillment error.

Different considerations may apply to apparel, shoes, and other wearable merchandise. If an item corresponds to the measurements, sizing details, and product specifications provided when the order was placed, a customer’s personal dissatisfaction with the fit, style, appearance, or comfort may not automatically qualify for a replacement or refund. To reduce the likelihood of an unsuitable purchase, customers are encouraged to examine size charts, measurement guidance, fabric descriptions, product details, and care recommendations before submitting an order. Garment construction, material composition, individual design choices, and manufacturing techniques can influence how products fit and feel. Reviewing the available information carefully can help customers select items that better suit their needs and expectations.

In some circumstances, a shipment may be returned to the sender because the delivery address was incomplete or inaccurate, the recipient refused the parcel, delivery attempts were unsuccessful, or another issue prevented the carrier from completing the delivery. These situations may require additional handling and review before the order can be finalized. Where permitted by applicable law and the relevant order terms, any refund issued may be adjusted to account for necessary return shipping expenses, handling costs, or other applicable processing charges. After a package has entered the shipping provider’s network, certain delivery-related requests may need to be managed directly with that provider. These requests can include correcting an address, redirecting a parcel, arranging collection, or requesting a different delivery method. Any additional fees charged by the carrier for these services may be payable by the recipient.

Our customer service team handles fulfillment concerns through a consistent review process designed to promote fair and reasonable outcomes. Each case is examined using the information available, with attention given to the distinction between shipping damage, warehouse mistakes, manufacturing defects, and normal product variations. Accurate order records, clear supporting evidence, and timely communication help us understand the circumstances and identify suitable options. We aim to explain the review process in an understandable manner, communicate any relevant requirements, and provide an appropriate response based on the findings of each investigation. By applying consistent standards while considering the details of individual cases, we work to maintain a dependable service experience and address customer concerns with care and transparency.
