Shipping Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience by keeping the delivery process organized and communicating clear expectations from order confirmation through final arrival. The time required for an order to reach its destination depends on several factors, including preparation at the warehouse, shipping distance, carrier workload, regional distribution operations, and conditions in the recipient’s area. After dispatch, a package may travel through multiple sorting facilities, transit centers, regional distribution locations, and local delivery networks before reaching the address supplied by the customer. Under normal conditions, estimated delivery typically ranges from ten to twenty business days. Business days generally include weekdays but exclude weekends and recognized public holidays. These timeframes are provided as estimates to help customers plan ahead and should not be understood as guaranteed delivery commitments.

Shipping schedules may be affected by events beyond our direct control. Seasonal shopping peaks, increased parcel volumes, limited transportation resources, severe weather, customs inspections, congested distribution networks, staffing constraints, and unexpected local disruptions can all extend transit times. Such circumstances may arise even after an order has been shipped, making it difficult to confirm an exact arrival date in advance. Customers are encouraged to use the estimated delivery window as a general reference and allow additional time when transportation networks experience unusual conditions.

Once an order is confirmed and transferred into the fulfillment process, essential purchase information is generally recorded in the systems used to prepare the shipment. Details such as the recipient’s name, delivery address, postal code, selected shipping service, and other order information may become difficult to change after warehouse processing has started. Making adjustments can be even more challenging after the parcel has been transferred to the shipping provider, since the shipment may already be moving through an established routing system. To reduce the possibility of delivery problems, customers should carefully verify all details before submitting an order. Complete street addresses, apartment or unit numbers, correct postal codes, accurate recipient information, and working contact details can help prevent misdelivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, and avoidable returns.

Following collection by the carrier, the parcel travels through transportation and distribution facilities operated primarily by that provider. Depending on the destination and selected service, the shipment may pass through several locations before reaching the final delivery stage. Delays can occasionally arise from high parcel volumes, traffic disruptions, severe weather, security inspections, address confirmation procedures, or other unexpected operational circumstances. A package may remain at a particular facility while required processing or routing activities are completed. A period without visible movement does not necessarily indicate that the shipment has been lost or that delivery has permanently stopped.

Product availability is another factor that can influence order preparation. We make efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, but differences may sometimes occur because of stock adjustments, supplier limitations, unexpectedly high demand, or interruptions in the supply chain. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the situation, the affected product may be removed from the purchase, replaced with an alternative after the customer’s agreement, or refunded through the original payment method. We aim to explain any inventory-related changes clearly so customers can understand the available options and the expected effect on their order.

Standard shipping is offered at no additional charge for qualifying purchases when the applicable conditions shown during checkout are satisfied. Certain destinations, delivery services, or shipment types may be subject to additional requirements. For example, the carrier may request a signature or another form of recipient verification before handing over a parcel. If the recipient is unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the carrier may schedule another attempt in accordance with its operating procedures. When delivery remains unsuccessful after repeated attempts, the package may be returned to a distribution facility or sent back to the sender. Depending on the circumstances, the order may subsequently be canceled and an eligible refund issued to the original payment method. Any deductions, where permitted, will depend on the applicable terms and the costs associated with the unsuccessful delivery.

Eligible shipments may include tracking services that allow customers to follow the progress of their orders. Depending on the transportation provider, tracking records may show preparation activity, dispatch information, transfers between facilities, transit updates, local delivery progress, and confirmation of arrival. However, tracking information is not always refreshed in real time. Updates may be temporarily unavailable while a parcel travels between locations or while the carrier processes and synchronizes new scan information. A lack of recent tracking activity should therefore not automatically be taken as proof that a package is missing. Customers who remain concerned about an extended period without updates may contact the carrier or our support team for further assistance.

Some destinations or delivery circumstances may prevent a shipment from proceeding according to the usual schedule. Potential obstacles include incomplete addresses, incorrect postal information, unsupported service areas, restricted-access locations, international shipping requirements, import regulations, and remote destinations with limited carrier coverage. If one of these issues affects an order, additional information or an alternative delivery arrangement may be necessary. Customers may be contacted when further clarification is required. Providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout remains an important way to minimize avoidable interruptions and help the carrier complete the shipment successfully.

Order processing may also take longer when payment authorization or security verification requires additional review. For example, a transaction may need further confirmation if billing details differ from available records, payment authorization has not been completed, or the transaction triggers routine security checks. These procedures are intended to protect customer accounts, reduce the risk of fraudulent purchases, and maintain the security of the ordering system. While verification is underway, an order may remain pending rather than moving immediately to fulfillment. Once the necessary checks have been completed successfully, preparation and dispatch can proceed according to the normal process.

Our shipping procedures are designed to support reliable order handling, accessible tracking information, and clear communication throughout the delivery journey. Although we take reasonable steps to prepare orders carefully and coordinate with transportation providers, certain aspects of shipping remain dependent on external networks and changing conditions. By maintaining accurate order information, monitoring fulfillment progress, explaining potential delays, and assisting customers when problems arise, we aim to make the delivery experience as predictable and manageable as possible.
